Solstice Raven, Giclee Print by Cheryl Renee Long
The word giclee means "to spray" in French. My giclee prints are produced on an Epson inkjet printer and by a master printer (not me in my studio.) My giclees are printed the Michael Backus Studio in Eugene, Oregon, with archival ink on archival watercolor paper.
I limit my runs to 100 so you will see your print with my signature and the numbers indicated in this format, 1/100. A giclee print is not a poster; it is not produced at your friendly local copy shop or on someone's desk top. It is truly worth what you are paying for it. Each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity. My giclees will not fade in your lifetime and with care will last well beyond you or me.
